Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: 13 September 2026
Welcome to I4Invent. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the I4Invent website, platform, training content, software, tools and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing, registering for, or purchasing access to I4Invent, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
1. About I4Invent
I4Invent is an educational technology platform designed to support learning in areas including electronics, robotics, programming, circuit building and related technology skills.
The Platform may provide free and paid learning content, interactive learning experiences, coding or technology exercises, project-based learning resources, and AI-assisted features.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You may use portions of the Platform without creating an account. An account may be required to save progress, access certain training content, purchase paid access, or use additional Platform features.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities carried out through your account.
Where a student is under the applicable age of majority or otherwise requires parental or guardian consent, such consent should be obtained before creating an account or making a purchase.
Parents or legal guardians remain responsible for supervising a minor’s use of the Platform where appropriate.
3. User Roles
The Platform may support different categories of users, including:
- Students
- Resellers
- Administrators
Access to features and information is determined by the user’s role and applicable permissions.
Users must not attempt to access areas, accounts, data or features that are not authorised for them.
4. Free and Paid Access
I4Invent may provide free access to certain features and learning content.
New accounts receive a free trial period providing full access to the paid features, as displayed on the Platform. The length of the free trial is displayed on the Platform and may be changed by I4Invent for future accounts.
After the free trial ends, continued access to the paid features requires a purchase, as displayed on the Pricing page.
Certain basic features remain available without a purchase, as displayed on the Platform.
I4Invent reserves the right to modify, add or remove features from plans in the future, subject to applicable law and any rights already purchased by users.
5. Pay-As-You-Go Pricing
I4Invent uses a pay-as-you-go model for paid access.
Paid access is purchased either for a defined period (monthly) or as a Level pass for one level of the course, and does not automatically renew.
There is:
- No automatic renewal
- No recurring billing
- No ongoing payment commitment
Students may purchase access again when their current access period expires.
Current prices and applicable taxes or charges, where required, will be displayed during the purchase process.
6. Level Pass
Where offered, a Level pass provides access to one level of the course, with no time limit, for a single upfront payment. A level typically takes four to six months to complete, and the Level pass is offered at a lower total price than paying monthly for that time.
Each paid package includes a practice kit delivered to the address provided and a weekly 30-minute teacher session, as displayed on the Platform.
The applicable pricing will be displayed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.
Any promotional pricing, reseller discounts or other offers are subject to the conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
7. Reseller Discounts
I4Invent may provide authorised resellers with unique promotional codes.
A valid reseller code may provide a discount on eligible purchases as displayed on the Platform.
The current reseller promotional prices are determined by I4Invent and may differ by plan or billing period.
A reseller code:
- Must be valid at the time of purchase.
- May be used only in accordance with the conditions specified by I4Invent.
- Does not create a continuing entitlement to a particular discount.
- May be disabled, replaced or withdrawn by I4Invent where permitted by law.
Entering a reseller code does not guarantee a discount unless the code is successfully validated by the Platform.
I4Invent may reject or cancel transactions involving suspected misuse, fraud, unauthorised code sharing or other abuse, subject to applicable law.
8. Payments
Payments for paid access are processed through authorised third-party payment providers, which may include Razorpay or another payment gateway used by I4Invent.
I4Invent does not require users to provide or store raw payment card information directly on the Platform where payment processing is handled by the payment provider.
Users must comply with the payment provider’s applicable terms and conditions.
A purchase is considered completed only after successful payment confirmation by the payment system and I4Invent’s systems.
9. Access Activation
After successful payment verification, the purchased plan will be activated for the applicable access period.
Access periods may be:
- 1 month for monthly purchases
- No time limit for a Level pass, which applies to the one level purchased
The access period will begin according to the activation rules displayed or communicated at the time of purchase.
If you already have active paid access, or an active free trial, a subsequent eligible purchase may extend your access from the existing expiry date rather than replacing unused access.
10. Expiry of Access
Monthly paid access is available only for the purchased access period. A Level pass does not expire.
When the access period expires, features associated with the paid plan may become unavailable until the user makes a new eligible purchase.
There is no automatic renewal.
I4Invent is not responsible for continued paid access after expiry unless a new purchase is successfully completed.
11. Refunds and Cancellations
Because I4Invent provides digital educational content and access to a digital platform, refund eligibility may depend on applicable law, the timing of the request, whether digital access has been used, and the specific purchase terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by I4Invent:
- Payments are not automatically refundable solely because a user decides not to continue using the Platform.
- A failed or incomplete payment does not create access rights.
- Duplicate or erroneous payments should be reported to I4Invent promptly.
- Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed through the relevant payment method or payment provider.
For refund or payment-related assistance, contact:
I4Invent may request transaction details reasonably necessary to investigate a payment or refund request.
12. Educational Content
I4Invent provides educational content and learning tools for instructional purposes.
The Platform is intended to support learning and practice and does not guarantee any particular academic, professional, competition, examination, employment or financial outcome.
Technology, programming and electronics projects may require appropriate supervision, equipment and safety precautions.
Users are responsible for using hardware, electrical components, tools, software and other materials safely and appropriately.
I4Invent is not responsible for damage, injury or loss resulting from unsafe, improper or unauthorised use of project instructions, hardware or equipment.
13. AI-Assisted Features
Certain plans may include AI-assisted features.
AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies, omissions or errors.
AI assistance is intended as a learning aid and should not be treated as a guaranteed source of technically correct, complete or authoritative information.
Users should independently verify important information and follow appropriate safety practices when implementing projects based on AI-assisted content.
Where applicable, paid access may include a daily limit on AI-assisted messages as displayed on the Platform.
I4Invent may modify AI usage limits or related functionality in accordance with applicable plan terms and applicable law.
14. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, systems or another user’s account.
- Circumvent or disable security or access controls.

15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Platform and its contents, including software, design, branding, text, graphics, videos, training materials, exercises, project resources and other materials, are owned by or licensed to I4Invent and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing access to I4Invent does not transfer ownership of any Platform content to the user.

You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, license, modify or commercially exploit I4Invent content without prior written permission.
16. User-Generated Content
Where the Platform permits users to submit projects, code, comments, responses, feedback or other content, the user remains responsible for the content they submit.
You must ensure that submitted content does not violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
By submitting content for features that require I4Invent to store, display or process it, you grant I4Invent the rights reasonably necessary to provide that feature, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
17. Platform Availability
I4Invent aims to maintain reliable access to the Platform but does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
Access may occasionally be affected by:
- Maintenance
- Updates
- Network failures
- Third-party service outages
- Security incidents
- Force majeure events
- Other circumstances outside I4Invent’s reasonable control
I4Invent may update, suspend or modify portions of the Platform where reasonably necessary.
18. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with third-party services such as payment providers, hosting providers, analytics services, authentication services, AI providers or other technology providers.
Use of third-party services may be subject to those providers’ own terms and privacy policies.
I4Invent is not responsible for the independent actions or policies of third-party providers beyond its reasonable control.
19. Privacy
Your use of I4Invent is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, stored and handled.
The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
20. Account Suspension or Termination
I4Invent may suspend or terminate an account where there is reasonable evidence of:
- Fraud
- Payment abuse
- Unauthorised account sharing
- Security violations
- Abuse of promotional codes
- Misuse of the Platform
- Material violation of these Terms
Where required by applicable law, users will be given appropriate notice or other remedies.
Termination or suspension does not remove obligations that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual property, payment-related obligations and applicable legal provisions.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I4Invent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from use of the Platform, including loss of data, business interruption or loss of expected educational or commercial outcomes.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
22. Changes to These Terms
I4Invent may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, business practices, legal requirements or technology.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
23. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.
Subject to applicable consumer protection and other mandatory legal rights, disputes relating to the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts and authorities having jurisdiction over the entity operating I4Invent.
